Anne-Audrey Deltell, artistic coordinator-agent
Since graduating in 2012 from L’École Supérieure de Théâtre
(EST) from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Anne-Audrey cumulated artistic projects oscillating between theatre and music. Her bachelor’s degree in dramatic art, specialized in theatre studies, and before that her minor in art history and her collegiate formation in cinema made her passionate about the different links that can be made between all type of arts and their representations.
During her bachelor’s degree and since she graduated from the EST, Anne-Audrey worked for various young theatre companies: stage director then administrative director for C.R.É.A.T.U.R.E., theatre group founded by and for the theatre studies students of the EST, stage director for Biz’Art, scenic art project of the organism Oxy-jeunes, and more recently press relation’s an administrative director of the company Déviation2 Théâtre. She has also worked as assistant director and stage manager for the FestivalOpéra of St-Eustache (in 2013 for The Magic Flute of Mozart and in 2015 Cinderella by Pauline Viardot) and for the Lyrical workshop of Cegep Marie-Victorin in North Montreal, directed by Nathalie Deschamps (2012, Les mousquetaires au couvent of Louis Varney and in 2013, L’Opéra de quat’sous of Bertold Brecht and Kurt Weil).
For many years now, she’s been teaching theatre to high school students for extra-curricular activities and is taking care of all of the aspect of the production (directing, theatre set, costumes, lightning and sound). Anne-Audrey has also worked as a cultural mediator for many companies such as the Compagnie musicale La Nef, specialized in ancient music, while doing a project in partnership with La Maison de enfants de Montréal. She had to prepare and host workshop with the children in the purpose to produce a musical tale named Le chat et le gondolier. For almost two years, she has been the cultural mediator for L’Illusion, Théâtre de marionettes, theatre specialized in children and puppets.
